Aspen Ridge of Utah Valley, an exclusive short-term sub-acute SNF, is seeking to find a full-time Nutritional Services Director to complete our dynamic team. Aspen Ridge is a leader in the markets in which we operate and are looking for like-minded individuals. We specialize in short-term transitional rehabilitation after a hospital stay and our patients are mostly those who need orthopedic, neurological, cardiac, and pulmonary transitional care. We feature 24 private suites, with spacious and private treatment areas, specialized therapy equipment, and a flexible working schedule.

• Oversee Dietary Operations, Food & Meal Preparation, Dietary Sanitation, Food Ordering, Charting, Dietary Compliance, and Training New Staff
• Proper and complete documentation under current state & federal guidelines
• Prefer at least 2 years of dietary healthcare experience, preferably in management
• Current Serve Safe Certification Required
• Current CDM (Certified Dietary Manager) Certificate Required
